What is the UPA loyalty program?
This is a program for re-arriving guests, which will allow you to take advantage of more favorable conditions, benefits and discounts. Our team, having a possibility to know you better and listen to your wishes, will offer services according to your wishes and needs. Constant well-being is created by constant attention to oneself, therefore the goal of our professional, highly qualified staff is to help guests feel as good as possible, regain strength, achieve long-term health results or just have a good time again at UPA Health House, in a popular resort in Druskininkai.
Who can become a member of the program and how?
All adults can use the benefits of the loyalty program “UPA” after filling in the questionnaire.
How did the loyalty program “UPA” start?
Inspired by the traditions of the Druskininkai region and feeling deep respect for the uniqueness of this area and the people who visit it, we offer you to accept our friendship. The nature of the Dzūkija region also dictated the name of this program and the three levels of services to which we gave the names of the rivers of the Lithuanian ethnographic region - Dzūkija: Ūla, Merkys, Nemunas.
Who is the UPA loyalty program for?
The loyalty program is designed for current and future UPA guests to consistently take care of their health, well-being and emotional well-being. Depending on the individual needs of the program members, we will help you take care of yourself and provide additional benefits - discounts and special offers.
What discounts and benefits do program participants receive?
ŪLA - the first level of the Loyalty Program, awarded when the customer uses the Company's services at least 3 (three) times and spends at least EUR 600 on the services.
ŪLA discounts and benefits:
- 10 percent. discount on accommodation and packages,
- 5 percent. discount on treatments and cosmetics Cinq Mondes and Nimue,
- welcome tea / coffee in the restaurant.
MERKYS is the second level of the Loyalty Program, which is granted when the customer uses the UPA services at least 5 (five) times and spends at least EUR 1,800 on the services.
MERKYS discounts and benefits:
- 12 percent. discount on accommodation and packages,
- 7 percent. discount on treatments and cosmetics Cinq Mondes and Nimue,
- personal manager,
- welcome gift in the room,
- one audiovisual relaxation session for two during the stay,
- free access to live music concerts at Upa restaurant.
NEMUNAS is the third level of the Loyalty Program, which is granted when the customer uses the company's services at least 7 (seven) times and spends at least EUR 2,500 on the services.
NEMUNAS discounts and benefits:
- 15 percent. discount on accommodation and packages;
- 10 percent. discount on treatments and cosmetics Cinq Mondes and Nimue,
- personal manager,
- welcome gift in the room,
- free 3 hours bicycle rent or Nordic walking sticks for two people during a stay,
- unlimited access to the pool and sauna area
- late check-out until 3:00 p.m. (subject to hotel facilities),
- free admission to live music concerts at UPA restaurant,
- free room service.
When does a participant receive a discount and benefits?
Discounts and benefits apply to a participant who meets the requirements of the loyalty program and expresses his/her consent to participate in the program in writing by completing the loyalty program form. Program discounts are only available when placing orders directly online www.upa.lt, by e-mail or telephone. Discounts are not valid on special offers.
What is a personal manager?
This is your personal contact person at the UPA Health Home who will answer any questions you may have at any time. The personal manager will make sure that you enjoy an exceptional holiday during your stay and will be the first to inform you about all most important news, special offers and events both at the UPA Health Home and in Druskininkai.
Are the discounts and benefits available to program participants personal?
Discounts and benefits apply to the program participant and the accompanying person- (s) staying in the same room and to the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children).
What else should I know?
You will be notified by e-mail about changes to the loyalty program. by e-mail (if you agreed to receive newsletters) or on the website www.upa.lt, in the loyalty program "UPA" section.
Program Participant may opt out of the Program at any time upon notification by email. by post or other written notice.
The personal data of the program participants is processed in accordance with the requirements provided by law. The Company's Privacy Policy is set out in the "Privacy Policy" section on the website.
